Service Center Returns Certain products must be delivered to an authorized service center. We will provide you with the nearest location and detailed instructions.
Home Collection Service Selected products qualify for free home collection from your address for manufacturing defects under warranty.
Customer Damage Products damaged by misuse or improper handling are not covered by warranty:
- No free replacement or exchange
- If repair is possible, all costs are at customer's expense
- Collection fees apply for home pickup service
- The service center will assess the damage and provide a repair quote
