In case of returning products with MALTAPOST shipping specified, i.e. products coming from abroad, shipping costs will not be refunded
This rule is applied to all products both for incorrect purchases and for defective products
For defective products, an inspection will be carried out and once it is established that the product is defective and the responsibility is not with the customer, the cost of the product will be refunded withholding the shipping cost
In the case of a defective product or one under warranty, the customer wishes to replace the product, i.e. proceed with a new order of the product from abroad, the customer will not be charged any amount.
In summary, if the customer wants to return a product for any reason, shipping costs from abroad will NOT be refunded.
