The Aukey DR01 has proven to be a valid product for ensuring a good level of safety for anyone who spends a lot of time in the car.

The Full HD resolution, combined with the ability to record in low light conditions and a 170° viewing angle, allows you to obtain good quality images.

Furthermore, there is an accelerometer and a motion sensor, very useful for activating the dash cam both in the event of sudden accidents and suspicious movements when the car is parked.

Additional modes are also available, such as time-lapse, for shooting at 30 fps (I count the 50-60 selectable in the settings), and the addition of audio recording, very useful for taxi drivers or chauffeurs who are often in contact with strangers.

The Aukey DR01 does not have any internal rechargeable battery and must therefore be connected to a power source in order to function.

If the car is not running you can use a portable charger. The Aukey DR01 is simple to use and install, thanks to a menu completely in english, a 2-inch LCD display and various accessories that allow quick assembly in any position of the car.

This model is in fact able to offer Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 px), thanks to a Sony Exmor IM323 sensor which guarantees sharp images. This applies not only when you can enjoy good daytime lighting, but also during the night: the wide focal aperture (F/1.8) ensures the possibility of recording videos in good quality even when the brightness is very low.
